Pumpkin is a sweet, tortie who has already faced more than her share of challenges in her short life. Recently, she lost her beloved human in Levittown, and she was left all alone in a world that suddenly felt very big and very scary. Her late owner’s family, knowing how much her cats meant to her, reached out to us to help this young mom-to-be. Though our rescue is already over capacity, we couldn’t say no to Pumpkin.
Pumpkin is now being boarded at our vet’s office, where she’s receiving the medical care she needs as she prepares to bring new life into the world. As a rescue, we are committed to ensuring both Pumpkin and her kittens are given the best start possible. However, the costs are overwhelming. In addition to Pumpkin's medical care and spaying, we will need to house, test, vaccinate, and eventually spay or neuter all of her babies when the time comes.
